We use a flat monthly rate. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your specific business needs and determine how we can best serve you. After reviewing your current records and goals, we’ll provide a custom estimate that fits your business. 

Each month, we analyze and record all of your transactions through QuickBooks to prepare key financial statements, such as your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. You’ll receive clear, organized reports that help you reflect on your business performance and make informed decisions. 

No problem! We can help get everything back on track. Whether you’re a few months or a few years behind, we’ll review your records, identify what needs fixing, and bring your books up to date. After that, we’ll keep you organized with ongoing monthly bookkeeping. 

We do not file taxes directly, but we ensure your books are accurate and ready for your CPA or tax preparer. If needed, we’re happy to collaborate with your tax professional to make tax season as smooth as possible. 

No. Mid-State Bookkeeping serves business owners virtually across the U.S. We’ll meet through Zoom and use secure, cloud-based systems to handle your bookkeeping efficiently and professionally.
